General Participation Requirements

1. Age Restrictions

  • Youth (Beginner): Ages 8–12 (Parental consent required).
  • Teen/Adult (Intermediate): Ages 13 and up.
  • Professional (Advanced): Ages 18+ (unless a special waiver for gifted younger students is provided).

2. Physical & Technical Requirements

  • Stable Internet: (For online classes) A minimum speed of 10 Mbps for video streaming.
  • Health Waiver: All students must sign a standard liability waiver before the first session.
  • Space: A clear $5′ \times 5’$ area free of obstacles (for fitness or physical arts).

Platform: We use Zoom for all live sessions.

How to Join:

  1. The Link: Check your email 15 minutes before class for your private access link.
  2. The Waiting Room: Click the link and wait to be admitted by the instructor.
  3. Replays: Recorded sessions are available in the Student Portal for 7 days.
